"Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil."
Ephesians 5:15–16 (ESV)

Devotional:

You don’t get to choose how many days you have — but you do choose what you do with them.

Paul’s words to the Ephesians remind us that we are called to live with awareness, wisdom, and urgency.
We’re not promised tomorrow. And we weren’t saved to live aimlessly.

Every moment is a Kingdom opportunity.
Every encounter is a chance to shine light in darkness.
Every conversation can plant seeds of eternity.

Jesus didn’t live rushed — but He did live with purpose.
He rose early to pray. He paused to heal. He taught with power.
And when the time came, He gave His life — fully, willingly, intentionally.

Today, we pray that our lives wouldn’t be spent reacting to the world but responding to God’s call.

Prayer Focus:
Lord, awaken me to the urgency of the hour.
Don’t let me drift through my days — help me walk in wisdom, clarity, and purpose.
Let me see time not as something to fill, but something to redeem for Your glory.

Prayer Points:

🔹 Help me live with purpose, not passivity.

🔹 Teach me to number my days and steward them for eternity.

🔹 Remove distractions that steal my focus and energy.

🔹 Let me recognize divine appointments today — people, places, and moments You’ve prepared.

🔹 I choose to walk wisely and use my time to glorify You.

🔹 Let today count for eternity.
