Let the Church Arise

Scripture

Isaiah 60:1 (ESV)

"Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you."

Devotion

We live in a time of deep darkness in our world—moral confusion, broken families, deception in high places, and compromise even within the Church.

But Jesus did not rise from the grave to leave His people in hiding.
He rose so His Church would rise with Him.

Now is the hour for the Church to arise and shine — to be a beacon of truth, mercy, and bold Gospel proclamation.
We are not called to survive culture — we are called to transform it.

The resurrection wasn’t just a historical moment — it was a divine commissioning.

It's time for churches in every city across this nation to shake off slumber, rise in purity and power, and take our place as a radiant Bride and faithful witness.

Let the sleeping Church awaken.
Let the remnant Church rise.
Let the bold Church speak.
Let the true Church shine.

Prayer Focus

  • Pray for the Church in America to awaken with urgency, holiness, and clarity.

  • Intercede for a bold remnant to rise—uncompromised, anointed, and deeply rooted in truth.

  • Lift up churches in our region (Brookville, Dayton, Xenia, Trotwood, West Milton, etc.) to walk in unity and revival.

  • Ask the Lord to expose complacency and call leaders to courage and conviction.

  • Declare that the Church will shine as light in the darkness, carrying resurrection life to every place of despair.

Declaration

We declare: the Church will arise!
No longer bound by fear, division, or compromise—
The Church will be pure, powerful, and prophetic.
The glory of the Lord is rising on His people.
Let revival come and the Gospel go forth—in our cities, in our state, and in our nation.
