Declaring Freedom Over Our Nation

Galatians 5:1 (ESV)

“For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.”

Devotion: Declaring the Victory of Freedom

Today, as fireworks ignite the sky, we pause to celebrate the gift of freedom—both as citizens of this nation and as children of the Kingdom.

While America honors her independence, we proclaim something even greater:
The cross of Jesus Christ has secured the ultimate freedom—freedom from sin, fear, bondage, and shame.

Galatians 5:1 is more than a reminder. It's a call to action:

Stand firm.
Don’t go back.
Live free—and stay free.

We do not bow to fear.
We do not retreat in darkness.
We declare boldly that America shall be saved, that truth will triumph, and that God's redemptive plan for this land is not finished.

Declarations Over Our Nation

  • We declare that Jesus is Lord over the United States of America.

  • We declare awakening in every city, state, and region.

  • We declare righteous leaders are rising and ungodly agendas are falling.

  • We declare freedom from spiritual deception and revival in the hearts of the people.

  • We declare the Church is alive, bold, and filled with Holy Spirit fire.

  • We declare that America will fulfill her prophetic destiny.

We’re not just praying for the healing of our land—we are standing in the authority of Christ to speak life, liberty, and victory over it.

Prayer Focus – Interceding with Confidence

  • Thank God for the spiritual and national freedom we enjoy.

  • Intercede for national leaders to have wisdom, fear of the Lord, and courage.

  • Pray for the revival of truth, holiness, and conviction in pulpits and pews.

  • Ask for the youth of America to encounter Jesus and reject the lies of the enemy.

  • Speak hope, healing, and restoration over the broken areas of our nation.

The Sound of Freedom

On this 4th of July, as the sound of freedom rings across the land, let it also rise from your mouth in prayer and praise.

We are not powerless. We are not defeated.
We are the redeemed of the Lord—and we say so. (Psalm 107:2)

This is not a day for silence.
It’s a day to shout the freedom of Christ over our families, our cities, and our nation.

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” – Psalm 33:12
