Today we stand at your gates

How do we rise to your most wondrous of places?

You who deserve the most precious of honor the worship from our lips.

May we sing the songs of praise that is like sweet perfume to you.

We sing of your goodness, your wonder.

May we enter into the gateway to your heart.

There we find a beautiful pathway that leads to all that you are.

May we walk side-by-side with the master who is all things.

You, Lord are hope, rest, purity and peace.

You are like the sweet sound of a babbling Brook, the coolness of the wind, the scents of the sweetest of Flowers.

How we long for a glimpse of your face, the moment of a smile or the delight of a word.
