Church On Fire | WEEK 9: You Are Part of the Mission

The problem is not that you attend the church; it is that you are called to be on the mission. As recorded in the Book of Acts chapter 6, the early church was rapidly growing and as a result of that, there were certain new needs, assignments, and requirements.

Each one of those assignments was important—from preaching, praying, serving tables, caring for people, cleaning, greeting, media, outreach, and much more. This message gives us a chance to understand that regardless of the assignment, it all still remains the mission. When everybody does their work, things get easier, the Church gets stronger, and the Gospel moves forward.

God has blessed us with the harvest in Brookville, Englewood, and many other places. We cannot just stand and do nothing. We are called to bring the gospel to those who are lost, hurt, and broken. You are called to the mission, what is your assignment?
