Walking In His Plan

Scripture: “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” – Proverbs 16:3 (ESV)

We were never meant to wander aimlessly or chase our own ambitions in the dark. God designed you with purpose. He wired you for Kingdom impact. But the key to discovering and living that out is commitment—a surrendered life that places everything in His hands.

When we commit our plans to the Lord, we aren’t asking Him to bless our blueprints. We’re surrendering our ambitions and inviting Him to lead the way. In return, He brings clarity, confirmation, and fruitfulness. What you do today—whether it’s ministry, family, business, or outreach—can have eternal impact when it’s submitted to His will.

Stop and ask:

  • Am I doing what He’s asked me to do, or what I think is best?

  • Have I given Him full access to my calendar, decisions, and dreams?

Walking in purpose isn’t about striving—it’s about surrender.

Prayer Focus:

  • Ask God to reveal any areas of your life that haven’t been fully committed to Him.

  • Pray that His plans would take root and override your own if needed.

  • Intercede for others in your family or church who are seeking direction—that they would walk in His divine purpose.

  • Declare that today’s work is not in vain, but guided and blessed by the hand of God.
