Where do I wander in the silence?

Where does my heart take me in these moments of wonder?

Peace reigns, like a shield leading us to new pastures

Oh, the wonder of a day, an hour, a time of seeking and asking of you.

What treasures lies before us.

What mysteries waiting to be revealed.

Who can know the deepness of your mighty ways.

We are like a candle, burning, dimly lighting that which surrounds us, yet you, Almighty king are a bonfire of light

A goodness that permeates the soul.

You light up the darkest of night with your beauty.

So how do we find this wondrous place where your glory dwells?

You say search me and know me and I will be found.

Our hearts, long for you, for your presence for you alone, our God.

Deep cries out from a reservoir of need, a well needing filled by your holiness.

Come , Oh Lord, with all that you are and fill us with your spirit, Enlighten our eyes that we may see your face.

Be the delight of our countenance.

May we behold you, touch you, be enlightened by you.

Stir up your spirit within us, move in us, fill us , that we may honor you.

May it be to the delight of your kingdom, the fulfillment of your word.

May we walk with Jesus, filled by your spirit and be transformed by your presence.

There is no other like you in heaven or earth.

All of nature declares your beauty.
